General Terms and Conditions
The following conditions will be incorporated into your contract and you should therefore read them carefully. If you have any query's you
should send us an email at info@thecocoonlaos.com. By booking with The Cocoon, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound
by these Terms & Conditions.
Check-In: 14:00 hours
Check-Out: 12:00 hours
Booking Procedure:
- You fill in our form online or you send us an email with the requested details
- You will receive a reply within 24 hours (during week days)
- If your request can be fulfilled, you will be requested to send your credit card details (credit card number, expirey date and security number) as a guarantee of your booking. We recommend you to send your details in two separate emails forsecurity reasons.
- Your booking will be considered confirmed once we have received your credit card details.
Reservation and cancellation fee:
Rate are quoted in US$ per room per night including 10% GVT.
Cancellation fees :
at least 8 days before check in date: 50% of the total cost.- at least 3 days before check in date: 100% of the total cost.
- Rules of the Cocoon:
- It is the responsibility of the guest to secure their own safety of their persons and property. The Cocoon and staff are not responsible
for any injuries, accidentsor theft incurred on the cocoon property. A safe is available for personal itmes atreception for valuables
of importance, we recommend you use it.
- It is forbidden to bring unregistered guests in the room after 8 pm.
- Please respect the other guests and keep noise levels low at night.
